Check If a Tech Check Is Completed

If you’re running research sessions, you already know that smooth tech makes or breaks the whole experience. The good news? Bello makes it ridiculously easy to confirm who’s ready to roll and who needs a gentle nudge.

Step 1: Open the Meetings Page

Once you’re logged in, look at the left menu and click Meetings. This is your backstage area where every session lives. If you ever feel lost, this is the place that gets you grounded again.

Step 2: Pick the Meeting You Want

Browse your list of meetings until you see the one you want to check. On the far right, click the little three-dot menu. Think of it as the secret door to all your quick controls.

Step 3: Open the Meeting Details

From the dropdown, click View meeting. This opens the full meeting panel where all the important stuff shows up. Attendees. Links. Tech check statuses. Everything.

Step 4: Scroll to the Attendee List

A side panel opens on the right. This is your roster. Scroll through the list to see everyone who’s joining your session.

Step 5: Look for the Tech Check Badges

Every attendee has a small badge next to their name. This is where Bello tells you the truth about their setup. Here’s what each badge means and how to read them instantly.

Tech Check Completed

If someone has finished their tech check, you’ll see this green camera badge:

It means their camera, mic, and speaker all checked out. Hover over it and you’ll even see the completion timestamp. That’s Bello quietly making your life easier.

Tech Check Not Completed

If you see this gray, crossed-out camera badge, the participant hasn’t done their tech check yet:

Hovering will confirm it. This is your cue to send a friendly reminder before the session starts.

That’s It! You’re Now the Tech Check Champion

Once you know where everyone stands, you can plan accordingly:

A few green icons? You’re looking good.
A sea of slashes? Might be time to send a quick reminder (don’t worry, Bello makes that easy too).
