Your client-facing display is driven by your branding settings, not your login name. Head to Settings, open the Branding tab, and set your company logo and brand color there so clients see your business identity instead of your personal name.

Branding applies to the client portal, where clients do intake, upload documents, and track progress. Changes apply to the client portal right away.
Personal fields are separate. If a stray detail like your phone number or country code is still showing wrong, update it in your profile settings rather than in Branding.
