Why does my dashboard or client-facing portal show my personal name instead of my company name?

Your client-facing display is driven by your branding settings, not your login name. Head to Settings, open the Branding tab, and set your company logo and brand color there so clients see your business identity instead of your personal name. Branding applies to the client portal where clients do intake, upload documents, and track progress, and changes go live instantly. If a stray field like your phone number or country code is still showing wrong, update it in your profile settings.
