How do I report a display or branding issue?

If something is displaying wrong, like your name, logo, phone number, or a branding glitch, first check your settings: branding lives in Settings under the Branding tab, and contact details live in your profile. If it still looks off after updating and saving, send us a message through the chat with a quick description and a screenshot if you have one, and we will get it fixed. We are a small, hands-on team, so you are reaching the people who actually built the platform, not a faceless ticket queue.
