Blurriness usually comes from uploading a small or low resolution image that gets scaled up. Upload a high resolution logo file, and for the best result use a PNG with a transparent background, which keeps edges crisp and blends cleanly into the portal. JPG also works, but a transparent PNG looks best. If it still looks off after a fresh upload, swap in a larger version of the same file in Settings under the Branding tab.
