Blurriness usually comes from uploading a small or low resolution image that gets scaled up. Upload the largest version of your logo you have.
For the best result use a PNG with a transparent background, which keeps edges crisp and blends cleanly into the portal. JPG also works, but a transparent PNG looks better. You swap the file in Settings under the Branding tab.
