You do not need to set up a separate paper contract with every lender to start submitting through the platform. We manage the partnership side with the lenders in our network, which is part of how some lenders only accept broker applications through the platform. If you already have your own partnership agreement with a lender that happens to be on the platform, that agreement is honored and your negotiated rates stay in place. So you get access to the network without chasing individual contracts, while keeping any relationships you have already built.
Do I need an individual contract or agreement with each lender, or does the platform handle that?
Whether you need separate lender agreements or the platform handles them.
