AI Autofill is loading slowly or didn't pull the data from my document. What should I do?

What to do when AI autofill is slow or misses data from your document.

Written by Kaylan Pepin

Autofill quality and speed depend on the documents you upload. Try this in order.

  1. Start with clear, legible files. PDFs generally read best. Upload your strongest financial documents: bank statements, tax returns, and financial statements.

  2. Give a slow run time to finish. Larger or image-heavy files take longer. Wait it out rather than re-uploading.

  3. Review the extracted fields. Click into any field to edit it manually.

  4. If a field came back blank or wrong, the source document may be low quality or may not contain that detail. Add the document that does contain it and run AI Autofill again.

Click through the walkthrough above to see how to pick which documents autofill reads from and check each suggestion.

If a clear document still is not being read after a couple of tries, send it to our team in chat, or email it to contact@levr.ai so we can take a look.
