1. Check the application is filled in enough to match accurately. Geography, industry, revenue, time in business and funding purpose all drive the results.
2. Ask the AI to explain why. If it is complete and still shows nothing, the AI can point at the criteria that missed.
3. Talk to your client about what could change. Stronger financials or more business history can move a deal that is close today.
4. Consider your own lenders. You can submit to your own external lenders if you believe there is a fit outside the marketplace.
