What do the green border (or checkmark) and red X next to each matched lender mean?

Read the fit indicators on your match list and find the reason behind each one.

Written by Kaylan Pepin

The green border or checkmark means your deal meets that lender's core criteria, so they are a qualified fit worth submitting to. A red X means the deal misses at least one of that lender's requirements, like minimum time in business, revenue, geography, or loan amount, so they are not a match right now. Click into any lender and you can see the specific reason behind the indicator, and you can ask the AI to explain exactly why a lender showed as a no. It is meant to save you from submitting to lenders who will just decline the deal.
