Messages
Both you and the client receive in-app notifications and email alerts on new messages, so you do not have to keep checking manually.
Client uploads and answers
Uploaded documents and answers sync into the business profile as your client enters them. Open any business profile to see its AI summary, which surfaces active applications, what is missing, and recent activity at a glance.
Whether an upload on its own fires a separate alert depends on your account setup. If that is the alert you want, email contact@levr.ai and we will confirm what is switched on for you.
