Why am I being charged sales tax?
We collect sales tax in states where we are registered. If your order ships to one of those states, tax is required at checkout. This is a state-mandated tax, not an extra company fee.
Can I place tax-exempt orders?
Yes. If your purchases qualify for tax exemption, you must provide a valid exemption or reseller certificate for each state where you are eligible.
