Package Not Moving?

Occasionally, a carrier may not scan a package immediately, so it might still show as 'label created.'

However, please rest assured that once they collect your package from our facility, it is in transit.

While tracking updates might not always be frequent, rest assured that your package is moving through the carrier's network and is expected to arrive by the designated delivery date.

Here is an example case of one of our customers in Florida. The order was placed on 7/18 Monday, and the tracking information shows "label created" and didn't change until Thursday 7/21 "out for delivery".
