Heat-shrink required:
Precut kits are not preshrunk. You must heat-shrink the film during installation, especially on curved windows.
Replacements:
We do not replace patterns due to installation errors. Replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please send photos before installing if your kit has any damage.
Incorrect patterns:
If you believe you received the wrong pattern, confirm that your vehicle details were correct. Then send full photos of the film held up to your vehicle so our team can review and assist.
