Single click an asset for quick preview
Double click to open directly into detailed view
CMD+click/CTRL+click to open the asset details page in a new tab
When resizing images in documents, select HTML to keep your desired image size. Markdown will not save resized image settings
Copy and paste for inline images into docs is officially supported. You can also save the image files locally and drag-and-drop them into the UI, or use the "upload image" button in the formatting toolbar
Search
Search bar in top right corner is always global
Ask Lex is contextual and the system automatically scopes all searches and queries to your selected client organization for security and data isolation
Search bar at the top of the current asset list (click into documents, passwords, etc) will search only that asset list view
