Browser on Phone/PC/Laptop:

  1. Update the app to the latest version.

  2. Check for any notifications after updating.

  3. If the issue persists, try using incognito mode.

  4. Clear your browser's cache.

  5. Log out and log back in.

WebApp on Mobile:

  1. Update the WebApp to the latest version.

  2. Check for any notifications.

  3. Try using incognito mode in the browser.

  4. Clear the app cache.

  5. Reinstall the WebApp.

Make sure you’re using an updated version of Chrome, Edge, Opera, or Safari.
