Why It Matters
Every interaction helps writers grow and feel supported. Your engagement shows authors that their work is being seen, appreciated, and enjoyed by readers like you.
Readers do not have access to the full manuscript it remains private at all times. Libraro is designed to help readers discover and connect with authors they may not have encountered before, promoting new and diverse voices.
To ensure fairness, readers must first read at least 20% of a work before they can comment or engage with it. This helps give emerging authors equal visibility and prevents established writers from gaining an advantage solely through their existing audiences.
