Brown rice is an excellent ingredient. It contains B vitamins and fiber. When ground finely and cooked, its digestibility rating is higher than 90%. Aside from using it for nutrition and fiber, when it's used, the food in question can actually have a lower fat content ... great for pet parents worried about their dog's weight.
