There is no reason to worry about how high temperatures affect Life’s Abundance dog and cat canned food. In fact, canned food was developed to keep food fresh in all types of weather and for long periods of time.

While cooking times and temperatures will vary with manufacturers, it is safe to say that most canned food is cooked at about 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 80 minutes. As you can see, canned food is no stranger to heat. The temperatures within the shipping facility, planes and trucks, as well as the outside temperature will not harm the contents of the can. Furthermore because the can is closed and there is no oxygen in it, the contents can’t go bad.
