To update a billing contact on a subscription, visit your organization subscriptions page on my.lifeway.com.
Look for the "Edit Billing Contact" dropdown. You'll see the names that currently associated with your organization. Select the name and email of the person you need to update. Click "Update."
Admins only: If you need to add a new person, go to the Groups(Staff) page. You can add or invite a new person that will allow them to be updated as a billing contact.
Billing contacts will receive email communication about your subscription.
If the subscription is being paid for by credit card, the billing contact is automatically the person who owns the card. You can choose to update the payment method so that a new billing contact can be added. Only credit cards saved on your account are available for payment.
