If you have an active digital subscription that is owned by a person, you may have the option to transfer that subscription to be owned and maintained by an organization. This allows your church to change the billing contact and payment details. And allows that sub to be used by the church even when staff changes.
To initiate a transfer go to my.lifeway.com/subscriptions
Find "Transfer to Org" in the manage dropdown.
Select your church account number.
Have an existing church account number, but not linked? Ask an admin to add you. Account numbers are 10 digits.

Choose a payment method.
Only credit cards owned by the person who is logged in will display.
If your account number has available credit, it can be used as a form of payment.
Choose the billing contact.
Anyone who is an admin or purchaser on the account can be a contact.
If a credit card is being used, the owner of that card is automatically the contact due to user security.
Transfer Subscription. The sub will now appear on your Organization subscriptions page and all billing details will be moved over.
