You will need a 4‑digit Lifeway PIN if you plan to place online orders using a church or organization account. The PIN is used to verify that you’re authorized to make purchases on behalf of your organization.
You do not need a PIN if:
You are only using a personal Lifeway account, or
You place orders using your own credit/debit card instead of your organization’s billing account.
If you’re setting up or updating an organization account and need a PIN, you can do so during the account setup process.
