Your state sales tax exempt information is attached to your 10-digit church account number.
You can still use credit cards or debit cards along with your 10-digit account number. As long as you have an administrator on your account, a PIN is not required. Without an admin, you will need a PIN so that others do not have access to your account. To sign-up for a PIN go to: https://www.Lifeway.com/signup/
Log into your my.lifeway account and click on your organization name to navigate to your church's profile. From the profile page, you can upload a tax exemption certificate for approval. Approval can take 1-2 business days.
