How to Update or Remove Your Credit Card on Lifeway.com

Step‑by‑step instructions

  1. Log in to your Lifeway account
    Go to https://www.lifeway.com and sign in with your email and password

  2. Open your account settings

    • Click the Account icon (your initials) in the upper-right corner

    • Select Manage Account

  3. Go to saved payment methods

    • Under My Account, click Credit Cards

    • You’ll see the My Payment Methods screen

  4. Update or remove the compromised card

    • Click the pencil/edit icon to update card details, or

    • Remove the compromised card and click Add New Credit Card to enter your new one


If the Card Is Used for Subscriptions or Autoship

If you have Autoship orders or digital subscriptions, you’ll want to make sure those are updated too so they don’t keep charging the old card:

  • Update the credit card under:

    • Payment Methods (for Autoship), or

    • Subscriptions → Manage → View Cards (for digital curriculum or Ministry Grid)
