What if my method of payment isn't working?

There are a variety of reasons why a method of payment may not process the order. Look for a specific error message explaining why this payment method was not accepted.

You may need to review the information you have entered, or fill in missing details.

If the error continues to populate, consider how you are ordering today. Is this a personal order or an order for your organization? Make sure under "Ordering For" the correct account has been selected.

If using a credit or debit card, you may need to contact the financial institution to see if there are holds on this card, or if a spending cap has been met for that day if it is a shared account.
