How to Cancel a Subscription
Canceling via Ministry Grid
Log in to Ministry Grid.
Select your organization from the top-left menu.
Navigate to "Purchases and Subscriptions."
Choose the subscription you want to cancel and select the "Cancel" option.

Sign in to your profile at my.lifeway.com.
On the left side of your profile page, click on "Subscriptions."
Select your subscription and click "Cancel."
