How to Cancel a Subscription

Canceling via Ministry Grid

  1. Log in to Ministry Grid.

  2. Select your organization from the top-left menu.

  3. Navigate to "Purchases and Subscriptions."

  4. Choose the subscription you want to cancel and select the "Cancel" option.

Canceling via my.lifeway.com

  1. Sign in to your profile at my.lifeway.com.

  2. On the left side of your profile page, click on "Subscriptions."

  3. Select your subscription and click "Cancel."

Canceling a Preschool Subscription

  1. Click on your church name.

  2. Select "Purchases and Subscriptions" from the menu.

  3. Click "Cancel" next to your active subscription.


Access After Cancellation
