If you're experiencing difficulties accessing your Gospel Project subscription or curriculum, this guide provides common troubleshooting steps and solutions to help you resolve the issue.
Common Access Issues and Solutions
1. Subscription Verification
Ensure you are logged in with the correct account credentials. Verify your subscription status in your account settings. If your subscription has expired, renew it to restore access.
If you recently purchased a subscription, note that there may be a short delay before it appears in your account. Check back after a few moments.
2. Platform Navigation and Resource Location
Access your Gospel Project resources at https://ministrygrid.lifeway.com/#/bible-studies. Ensure you are navigating to the correct platform.
If you cannot see your purchased resources, try logging out and logging back in to refresh your account.
For previously downloaded files, check your computer's Downloads folder.
3. Troubleshooting Steps
If your curriculum is still locked after renewing or updating payment, follow these steps: - Sign in to your account and go to your church account page. - Open the Subscriptions menu. If the subscription is suspended, update your payment method. - Save the new payment method and apply it to the specific subscription. Once the charge succeeds, access should unlock.
If you are redirected to another section (e.g., Fuge Camps), click "More" in the top right corner and switch to your church account.
For new subscriptions, ensure the purchasing email is added as an admin in your organization's Ministry Grid account. Sign out and back in to update access.
4. Understanding Subscription Plans
Some content, such as Middle School lessons, may not be included in the Basic Plan. To access additional materials, upgrade to the Plus Plan.
If you are unsure about the units covered in your subscription, note that the Gospel Project Preschool subscription includes Volumes 4-7 through May 226.
