How do I view my order history?

To view your personal order history, visit the designated order history page on the Lifeway website at my.lifeway.com/order-history and log in with your credentials. If you experience any issues, refer to common troubleshooting steps, such as confirming your login status or linking guest checkout orders with your account.

Common Issues with Viewing Personal Order History

  • Guest Checkout Orders: Orders placed while logged out of your Lifeway account will not appear in the order history as they are not associated with your account. Contact Lifeway Support to link these orders.

  • Phone Orders: Orders placed over the phone may require invoice confirmation before appearing.

To view your church’s order history, log in to https://my.lifeway.com, click the “Switch Account” button in the upper right-hand corner, and select your church account. Navigate to the menu on the left-hand side and click 'Order History' to view past orders. Ensure you are logged into an admin or billing manager account associated with your church.

Common Issues with Viewing Church Order History

  • Missing Historical Orders: Older orders may still appear in the order history, but they do not affect new purchases or autoship settings.

  • Troubleshooting Phone Orders: Verify that phone orders have been invoiced. If they are not visible, confirm their status with support.

Only your organization’s admins and billing managers have the permissions to view an organization’s Order History.

For any discrepancies in your organization's order history, confirm the account status or contact Lifeway Support to verify the invoices associated with missing or phone orders.
