You are responsible for booking your own travel arrangements.
Flights
We suggest arriving one full day before the cruise departs. This would mean arriving in England on September 24th, 2026. For your return flight home, if you choose to depart on the same day as the cruise disembarks, we suggest booking a flight with a departure time after 12:00 PM.
Hotels
We are working on booking hotel blocks. Watch your emails or check back on the webpage for hotel information coming soon.
Ground Transportation
The port is over an hour away from the city of London (where it is easier to fly to). There are multiple transportation options: train, shuttle, and private car transportation.
Bus Transfer Option
Lifeway has made a way where you can book a Royal Caribbean bus through us. You'll have the option to select a one-way ticket to/from the airport/port terminal or a roundtrip ticket which will take you both directions. Please read below for some additional information.
Buses run from London Heathrow (LHR), London Gatwick (LGW), or Southampton (SOU)
Flight time limitations for the bus:
London Heathrow and London Gatwick
Arrival on September 25th: flight can land no later than 11:00 am local time
Departure on October 3: no earlier than 12:30 pm
If arriving before September 24 (suggested), the bus will run from either airport during morning hours. Once we receive the final details from Royal Caribbean we will share with those who booked the transfer.
Southampton
Arrival on September 25th: flight can land no later than 2:00 pm local time
Departure on October 3: no earlier than 8:50 am
If arriving before September 24 (suggested), the bus will run from the airport during morning hours, but with the proximity, we would suggest simply taking a taxi or private shuttle to the port to eliminate another stop.
