We get it, things don’t always go as planned! Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be clear, fair, and student-friendly.🤩

What is the Refund Policy?

💡 14-Day Cooling-Off Period – You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase only: if you have used the platform for less than 3 hours.

⏳ More than 3 hours of usage? – Unfortunately, we can’t process refunds if you’ve actively used our lessons, quizzes, or live sessions for more than 3 hours.

📅 Outside of 14-Days? - unfortunately we cannot process a refund.

🔄 Membership Downgrades & Upgrades – You can upgrade whenever! We don't offer downgrades, but you can sign up for a new membership once your package term ends.

🛠️ Technical Issues? – If you experience any service defects, let us know! We’ll either fix it or offer a refund if verified.

👶 Child Sign-Ups Without Parental Consent – Parents can request a refund within 14 days, as long as the account has not exceeded 3 hours of usage.

2️⃣ Duplicate Accounts - we unfortunately can only process refunds for duplicate accounts if the account payment and request sits within 14 days and 3 hours maximum usage.

🚀 Can I get a refund if my membership cancels after I finish exams (i.e move from a 3 month membership to a 1 month)? No, unfortunately you will have to pay the full amount even if your exams end prior to your membership cancelling.

📍 Can I get a refund if I cancelled after renewal, but I messaged outside of the 14 day window? - unfortunately not, the refund request has to be within 14 days of the account renewing, as when you can after renewal you still have full access until the end of your billing period.

💸 Do I get an immediate refund when I cancel within the refund window? - No, you do not get an immediate refund you have to request one with our team. This request must fall within 14 days of renewal.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

🚪 Cancel Anytime! – You’re free to cancel your membership anytime through your Membership page (scroll down to the bottom).

📍 Once-off memberships - our team will automatically cancel these memberships, so you do not need to worry about cancelling.

💳 No More Charges – Cancellation stops future billing, but we don’t offer refunds for the current billing cycle unless it meets our refund criteria.

🔄 Rejoining? – If you decide to come back later, you’ll need to choose from the current membership options, as old plans won’t be available.
