✨ Can I pay monthly or weekly?
We don’t offer weekly or monthly payments. The prices shown are just breakdowns of value. Choose either a 3-month or yearly plan.
✨ Can I upgrade my plan?
Not at the moment, we will have a self-service page on the site in the next few months, where you can move between memberships.
✨ Do I lose access if I cancel?
Nope! You’ll keep access until the end of your billing cycle. So if your membership was set to renew on 11 November and you cancel on 11 October, you will still have access until 11 November.
✨ Can I pause my membership?
We don't offer pausing memberships at the moment. But you can simply to cancel and rejoin when you’re ready.
✨ Can I get a refund if I don’t use my full year?
The yearly plan gives full access for 12 months from your signup date — there's no partial refund if you cancel early (unless it is within 14 days of purchase and you have active for less than 3 hours on The Lightup Hub).
✨ Can I only get a plan for Literature or Language?
All plans include both English Literature and English Language, as well as Essay Skills and Revision.
✨ What if I only need the platform for a short time?
Even a few days on the platform can lead to major progress — it's designed to get results fast and is 1/8th the cost of a private tutor!
✨ Can I get a free membership or free trial ?
At the moment, all of our free content is on our Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube! We have loads of top tips and advise there! But a free trial is not an option at the moment.
