Select the Chatbot in the bottom right corner
Follow the cues and select "Help with account"
Our human support will be with you to delete the account. Please make sure to provide your account email.

Please note that deleting your account will not stop promotional emails. If you would like to stop promotional emails and unsubscribe, follow these steps:
Open any promotional email sent by Lightup Hub
Scroll down to the bottom of the email.
Click the Unsubscribe link provided at the footer of the email. This action will remove your email address from the promotional mailing list, and you will no longer receive promotional messages.
💡 Important
Please note that when your account is deleted, all data on your account will be lost (including progress).
