Creating a New Portal

Step-by-step guide to creating your first Portal.

Create a Portal to group Kits together for a specific audience or purpose.

Only Admins and Content Managers can create Portals.

Creating a Portal

  1. From your Space dashboard, click Create > Portal

  2. Enter a name for your Portal

  3. Click Create

Your Portal is created and ready to set up.

After creating

Once your Portal exists, you can:

  1. Add Kits - Select which Kits to include

  2. Customize appearance - Configure the banner, theme, colors, fonts and more

  3. Set access - Choose who can view the Portal

  4. Share - Get the link to share with your audience

Naming your Portal

Choose a name that:

  • Clearly identifies the audience or purpose

  • Is recognizable to the people who'll use it

  • Distinguishes it from other Portals

Examples:

  • "Agency Resources"

  • "Press Kit"

  • "EMEA Marketing"
