Portals contain Kits. Add the Kits that are relevant to your Portal's audience.
Adding Kits
Open the Portal
Drag the Kits content block from the Insert Panel
Select the Kits you want to include
Click Add
The selected Kits now appear in your Portal.
Choosing which Kits to add
Consider your Portal's purpose and audience:
What content does this audience need?
What content should they NOT see?
Are there Kits that multiple Portals should share?
One Kit, multiple Portals
A single Kit can be in multiple Portals. This is useful when:
The same content serves different audiences
You want one "Brand Guidelines" Kit in every Portal
Different teams need overlapping content
Changes to the Kit appear in all Portals that contain it.
Removing Kits from a Portal
Open the Portal
Select the Kit(s) you want to remove
Right click (or select the β’β’β’ button)
Click Remove from Portal
Removing a Kit from a Portal does not delete the Kit itself. It will still be accessible via your Dashboard and will remain in any other Portals it was added to.
Kit order
The content within a Portal can be reordered by drag and drop. Simply grab a kit, note, heading or banner and move it to the desired position.
Pro tip: You can also select multiple blocks in a Portal using Shift+Click or Command/Ctrl+Click and move them together!
