Members can view content but can't edit by default. Grant Kit edit access to let specific Members contribute to specific Kits.
Only Admins and Content Managers can grant Kit edit access.
When to grant Kit edit access
A team member needs to update content in one Kit but not others
You want to delegate Kit maintenance to specific people
External collaborators need to contribute to specific projects
Granting edit access
Open the Kit
Go to Kit Settings or Permissions
Find the Editors or Edit Access section
Click Add Editor
Select the Member(s) to grant access
Save changes
Requirements
The Member must:
Already be a team member in the Space
Have access to a Portal containing the Kit
What editors can do
Members with Kit edit access can:
Add, edit, and remove content in that Kit
Upload Assets to that Kit
Manage Pages and Headings
Cannot change Kit settings or permissions
Billing impact
Granting edit access to a Member makes them an Editor for billing purposes. This may affect your subscription cost.
Revoking edit access
Go to Kit Settings
Find the member in the editors list
Click Remove or the remove icon
