The Figma integration lets you import components, icons, and other design elements directly from your Figma files into Lingo.

Prerequisites

Before setting up the integration, you'll need:

  • A Lingo account with Admin or Content Manager access

  • A Figma account with access to the files you want to import

Connecting Figma

  1. Go to your Space settings

  2. Navigate to the Integrations section

  3. Find Figma and click Connect

  4. Sign in to your Figma account when prompted

  5. Authorize Lingo to access your Figma files

What gets connected

Once connected, Lingo can access:

  • Files you have view or edit access to

  • Components and frames you select for import

  • Updates to those components when you sync

Note: Lingo only accesses the specific content you choose to import. It doesn't automatically sync all your Figma files.

Managing the connection

You can manage your Figma connection at any time:

  • Reconnect - If your Figma session expires

  • Disconnect - Remove the integration entirely

  • View imports - See which Assets came from Figma

Troubleshooting

Can't see your files? Make sure you have access to the Figma files in your Figma account.

Connection expired? Reconnect from the integrations settings.
