A custom base domain applies to your entire Space, giving all your content a branded URL. This allows your team members to access Lingo via a memorable url that reflects your organization's identity.

Custom domains are available on the Business and Enterprise plans. For more details, see our Pricing page.

Understanding Space domains

Your Space domain is the base URL for all content:

  • Default: www.lingoapp.com/123

  • Custom: acme.lingoapp.com or brand.acme.com

Setting a custom subdomain

For a subdomain like brand.lingoapp.com:

  1. Go to Space settings

  2. Enable the custom domain option

  3. Enter your desired subdomain

  4. Save your changes

The subdomain must be unique and available.

After you have set a subdomain, changing it will break any links you have shared with the old domain.

Setting a fully custom domain

To use your own domain (e.g., brand.acme.com), you will need to set up DNS records with your domain provider. Please refer to our Fully Custom Domains guide for detailed setup instructions.
