You can upgrade, downgrade, or change your Lingo plan at any time from your billing settings.

How to change your plan

  1. Go to your Space settings

  2. Select Billing

  3. Click Change Plan

  4. Choose your new plan

  5. Confirm the change

Only the Space Owner can change the plan.

When changes take effect

Changes to your plan take effect immediately. You'll have access right away to additional features for an upgrade, and will lose access to features if downgrading.

What to consider when choosing a plan

Number of editors - Count how many team members need to create or edit content (Owners, Admins, Content Managers, and Members with Kit edit access).

Storage needs - Consider the size of your asset library, especially if you have videos or large files.

Usage Quotas - Features like direct links and consumers have higher included quotas on higher-tier plans.

Advanced features - Higher tiers include features like SSO, custom domains, and priority support.

Prorated billing

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, you will be credited for the unused portion of your current plan which will be applied to your next billing cycle.
