Keep your payment information current to avoid service interruptions.

How to update your payment method

  1. Go to your Space settings

  2. Select Billing

  3. Click Payments

  4. Click the overflow (β€’β€’β€’) button

  5. Select Change Payment Method

Only the Space Owner can update payment information.

Accepted payment methods

Lingo accepts all major credit and debit cards:

For enterprise plans, we may offer additional payment options like invoicing. Contact sales for details.

When to update

Card expiring soon - Update before your card expires to avoid failed payments.

Card declined - If a payment fails, update your card information as soon as possible.

Switching cards - You can change your payment method at any time, even if your current card is working fine.

What happens after updating

Your new payment method will be used for:

  • Your next billing cycle

  • Any immediate charges (like mid-cycle upgrades)

Past invoices will still show the original payment method used.

Failed payment recovery

If a payment fails, Lingo will retry a few times before pausing your Space. Update your payment method promptly to avoid interruption.
