Control whether visitors can download assets from your Portal. When you enable download requests for a Portal, those settings apply to all Kits accessed through that Portal.
Only Admin and Content Managers can configure Download Requests for Portals.
Download requests are only available on the Enterprise plan.

Enable download requests
You can configure download requests for your Portal in the Portal Share Settings.
Open your Portal
Click the Share button
Enable public access
Toggle on Download Requests
Select your approval mode:
No approval required
Portal-level approval
Per-asset approval
Save changes
How Portal settings work with Kit settings
Both Kits and Portals can have download requests configured. When both are enabled, Portal settings take precedence for all Kits accessed through that Portal.
This allows you to:
Apply consistent download policies across multiple Kits
Override individual Kit settings for Portal visitors
Maintain different access rules for direct Kit access vs Portal access
