Insights are only accessible to Admins and Content Managers.

Asset insights - See which Assets are most and least used
Kit insights - Track views and engagement for each Kit
Portal insights - Monitor Portal traffic and activity
User insights - Understand team member activity
Resource management
Storage insights - Monitor how much storage you're using
Direct link usage - Track CDN bandwidth for embedded Assets

Insights help you answer questions like:
Which Assets are most popular with your team?
Which Kits get the most traffic?
Are there Assets that never get used?
How close am I to my storage limit?
Who on my team is most active?
Accessing insights
Insights are available from the dashboard and from individual Kits and Portals. Look for the Insights tab or icon to view analytics.
Note: Insights availability may vary based on your plan and user role.
