Your profile information helps team members identify you across Lingo. You can update your name, email, and profile picture at any time.
Changing your display name
Your display name appears in comments, activity logs, and team member lists.
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner
Select Account settings
Find the Name field
Enter your new name
Click Save
Your updated name appears immediately across all Spaces you belong to.
Changing your email address
Your email is used for logging in and receiving notifications.
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner
Select Account settings
Find the Email field
Enter your new email address
Click Save
You may need to verify your new email address before the change takes effect. Check your inbox for a verification link.
Changing your avatar
Your avatar appears next to your name throughout Lingo.
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner
Select Account settings
Click on your current avatar or the Change button
Upload a new image or select from available options
Click Save
For best results, use a square image at least 200x200 pixels.
About SSO accounts
If you sign in through Single Sign-On (SSO), some profile information may be managed by your organization's identity provider. In this case, you'll need to update your name or email through your company's SSO system rather than directly in Lingo.
