Yes! This is one of Lingo's most powerful features.

How it works

When you add an asset from your Library to a kit, you're not creating a copy - you're referencing the same file. That single asset can appear in as many kits as you need.

Example: Your company logo lives in the Library once, but can appear in:

  • Your brand guidelines kit

  • Your press kit

  • Your social media templates kit

  • Your partner resources kit

Why this matters

No duplication - You're not wasting storage on multiple copies of the same file.

Single source of truth - Update the asset once in the Library, and it updates everywhere it appears.

Consistency - Everyone always gets the latest version, no matter which kit they access.

Tracking usage

Want to see where an asset is being used? Check the asset's usage information in the Library to see all the kits it appears in.
