IMPORTANT: Liscio doesn't use text messages or email for multi-factor authentication (MFA). Check your authenticator app for the generated code.

If you're unable to retrieve the MFA passcode from your authenticator app and your Liscio login email is a Google or Microsoft 365 (Office 365) account, you can reset your MFA settings by following these steps:

Note: This method only works if you have a Google or Microsoft 365 (Office 365) email as the email username.

To Reset your MFA if you use Gmail or Office 365:

1. At the Liscio login page, select either Sign in with Google or Sign in with Office 365.

2. Log into the account you use to log into Liscio.

3. Once you're logged in, select your name in the vertical menu to access your security settings.

You can then reconnect to Multi-Factor Authentication.

To Reset your MFA if you do not use Gmail or Office 365:

If using Gmail or Outlook credentials is not an option, please reach out to Liscio Support.
