If you are not receiving emails from Liscio or you are finding Liscio emails in your Spam or Junk mail, please add Liscio to your Safe Senders list.
Whitelist "donotreply@liscio.me" to make sure Liscio emails go to your inbox.

To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in Gmail:
To add an email address to the safe senders list in Gmail without receiving an email from that address, you can create a filter to ensure emails from that address are never sent to the spam folder. Here’s how you can do it:
Log into your Gmail account
Select the gear icon in the top right corner of Gmail to open Settings.
Select See all settings from the dropdown menu.
In the Settings menu, select the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.
Scroll down and select Create a new filter.
In the From field, enter: donotreply@liscio.me.
Select Create filter with this search.
Check the box next to Never send it to Spam.
Optionally, you can check other options such as Always mark it as important or Categorize as: Primary to ensure it stands out in your inbox.
Select Create filter.
If you've received an email in your spam folder in Gmail and you want to add the sender to your safe senders list to ensure future emails from them go to your inbox, follow these steps:
Log into your Gmail account.
In the left sidebar, select More to expand the list of folders.
Select Spam to open your spam folder.
Find the Liscio email and open it.
At the top of the email, select Not spam.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in Outlook:
To add an email address to the safe senders list in Outlook without receiving an email from that address, follow these steps:
Outlook Web App (OWA)
Go to Outlook and log in to your account.
Select the gear icon in the top right corner.
Scroll down and select View all Outlook settings
In the Settings menu, select Mail and then Junk email.
Under the "Safe senders and domains" section, select Add.
Enter donotreply@liscio.me.
Select Save to apply the changes.
If a Liscio email is already in Junk:
Open the Junk folder, select the email, and click Not junk, then confirm to trust future emails.
Outlook Desktop App
Open the Outlook application on your computer.
Select Home
In the “Delete” group, select Junk and then select Junk E-mail Options.
In the "Junk E-mail Options” dialog box, go to the Safe Senders tab.
Select Add.
Enter donotreply@liscio.me.
Select OK and then Apply to save the changes.
If a Liscio email is already in Junk:
Open the Junk Email folder, right-click the email, select Junk > Not Junk, and confirm to always trust this sender.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in AOL:
Select Contacts.
Select the New Contact icon.
Add the Liscio contact (donotreply@liscio.me) info to the required fields.
Select Add Contact at the bottom.
Select Spam on the left navigation bar.
Select all Liscio emails.
Choose Not Spam to put back into the Inbox.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in AT&T Web, BellSouth & SBC Email:
Select Options.
Select Filters.
Select Add Filter.
On the From Header drop-down menu, select Contains.
Enter donotreply@liscio.me in the text box next to the drop-down menu.
Use Move the message to and select Inbox from the drop-down menu.
Select Add Filter again.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in Centurylink/Centurytel:
Select Settings.
Select Internet then E-mail filtering.
Select Allow senders to open the settings.
Select Add.
In the Address field, enter donotreply@liscio.me.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in Charter/Spectrum:
Select the Spam folder to open.
Select all Lisico emails.
Select Move.
Use the drop-down menu to select Inbox, then select Move.
Select Mark As and then Not Spam.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in Comcast/Xfinity:
Select the Mail icon.
Select Address Book tab.
Select New Contact.
Add donotreply@liscio.me.
Select Save.
Select the Spam folder to open.
Check the box next to the Lisico email(s).
Select Not Spam, moving it back to the Inbox.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in EarthLink:
Select Address Book.
Select Manage Domains.
Select Add.
Add donotreply@liscio.me in the text field.
Select Allow This Company (Domain).
If the email appears in the Suspect Email folder, select Update Whitelist in the Address Book.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in Hotmail and MSN:
Select Settings, then Options.
Select Junk Email, then Safe Senders.
Enter donotreply@liscio.me in the box, and select Add.
Select Save.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in iCloud:
Select the Junk folder.
Select all Liscio emails, then select Not Junk.
In iCloud Mail, select the Action pop-up menu.
Select Rules.
Select Add a Rule.
In the Name or email address field, enter donotreply@liscio.me.
Use the Then pop-up menus to set the behavior of the rule.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in Mac OS X and Mac OS Mail:
Select Mail then Preferences.
Select Rules.
Select Add Rule.
Enter "Whitelist: donotreply@liscio.me" in the Description field to identify the new rule.
Make sure the criteria reads If any of the following conditions are met and that the From field is followed by Ends with.
Enter donotreply@liscio.me in the Ends with field.
In the Perform the following actions section set the three fields to Move Message, to the mailbox, and Inbox or a different target folder.
Select OK to save.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in Verizon:
Select E-mail & More.
Select Options.
Select the Block Senders tab.
Select Save blocked messages in folder.
Select Blocked Senders in the Save to an existing folder field.
Enter donotreply@liscio.me in the Safe List field.
Select Add.
Select OK.
To add Liscio to your Safe Senders list in Yahoo!:
Select Settings.
Select Filters, then Add.
Select a Filter Name.
Enter donotreply@liscio.me in Sender field.
Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to.
Select Save, then Save again.
