Troubleshooting Liscio Invitation and Login Issues

If you are having trouble accepting or receiving your Liscio invitation, follow these steps:

  1. Check the Invitation Expiration

    • Has it been more than 7 days since the invitation was sent?

    • If yes, the link has expired, and your firm will need to resend the invite.

  2. Check Your Email

    • Look for an email from donotreply@liscio.me.

    • Check your Junk/Spam folder in case it was filtered there.

If you are having trouble logging in, do the following:

  1. Verify Your Email

    • Are you using the same email registered in Liscio?

    • Confirm with your firm that they have the correct email on file.

  2. Reset Your Password or Use a Magic Link

    • From the login page in Liscio, select Forgot your password?
