If you are having trouble accepting or receiving your Liscio invitation, follow these steps:
Check the Invitation Expiration
Has it been more than 7 days since the invitation was sent?
If yes, the link has expired, and your firm will need to resend the invite.
Check Your Email
Look for an email from donotreply@liscio.me.
Check your Junk/Spam folder in case it was filtered there.
If you are having trouble logging in, do the following:
Verify Your Email
Are you using the same email registered in Liscio?
Confirm with your firm that they have the correct email on file.
Reset Your Password or Use a Magic Link
From the login page in Liscio, select Forgot your password?
