Managing Your Assigned Items Under My To-Do List

The My To Do List on your Home Dashboard shows all items your firm has assigned to you that need your attention. These could include signing documents, filling out forms, completing checklists, providing information requested by your firm, or more.

How it works

  • When your firm assigns you an item, it automatically appears in your My To Do List.

  • Reminders will be sent to help you complete the item on time based on your Due Date, which you'll see on the right side of your My To Do List next to each item.

  • After you mark an assigned item complete, it moves automatically to Pending Review, where your firm will check it.

  • Once reviewed and marked as complete by your firm, the item moves to the Archived section.

Viewing all your assigned items

To see everything currently assigned to you, select All To-Do Items.
