Notifications in Liscio help keep you informed about important communications, tasks, and reminders from your firm. Below are the types of notifications and how they work:
Email Notifications
Email notifications are sent automatically when your firm:
Sends you messages or files.
Assigns tasks for you to complete.
Additionally, you'll receive automatic email reminders for items listed on your Home Dashboard's My To-Do List:
1 week before the due date
1 day before the due date
On the due date (if overdue)
Weekly thereafter until completed
For enhanced security, you'll also receive an email notification whenever you log in to Liscio from a new device or IP address.
Mobile Notifications
You can receive instant notifications on your smartphone, tablet, or iPad by downloading the Liscio Mobile App. This ensures you stay updated on the go.
Text Notifications
Text notifications are sent when:
You receive an invitation to join Liscio.
You have a new message notification.
To receive text notifications:
You or your firm can activate and enable text notifications in your Contact Profile.
You may opt-out of text notifications at any time.
If you're looking to notify your firm, they will automatically be notified any time you Upload a file, send a Message, comment on a Task, complete a Task, or complete a Request.
