Quickly Create New Contacts and Accounts When Uploading a File

When uploading files you can quickly add and invite new Contacts and Accounts.

To Create a New Contact and Account on the spot while uploading a file:

  1. Click +Add New.

  2. Click File.

  3. Click on the To field.

  4. Under Recipient, type in the new contact's name.

  5. Click the blue + button.

  6. Add an email address & click Save.

  7. Under Account, type in an existing or new account.

  8. For a new account, click the blue + button.

  9. Select the Entity Type.

  10. Click Save.

  11. Click Ok.

  12. Fill out all necessary information & attach the file.

  13. Click Upload.

Note: The new contact will receive an invite to Liscio and will need to accept the invitation to access the file securely.
