Relationships tie your Contacts and Accounts together. Relationships can be added to the Account OR Contact level. For example, if you have a Contact that is related to multiple Accounts, you can relate the Contact to each Account and label the relationship accordingly. This way, the Contact shows up under the Contacts tab when viewing the Account.
You can also relate Accounts to Contacts. Remember, Relationships can be added on the Account OR Contact level. For example, if you have an Account that is one of several Accounts related to a Contact, you can relate each Account to the Contact and label the relationship accordingly. This way, the Account shows up under the Accounts tab when viewing the contact.
The Relationship Type or Relation defines who the contact is in relation to the Account. Relationship Types are not tied to additional viewing or editing privileges for the contact. For additional viewing and editing privileges, see
To relate an Account to a Contact:
1. Navigate to a Contact.
2. Click the Accounts tab at the top.
3. Click +Account in the upper-right corner.
4. Choose Existing Account (if the Account exists in Liscio) or New Account (if it does not exist in Liscio yet).
5. Search for the Account (or create a new one).
6. Choose the relationship type.
Note: these labels do not have any special permissions, they are strictly for categorizing.
7. Check the Account owner? box if the user needs additional privileges in the account.
8. Click Add Account (or Create Account).
The Account and Contact are now associated via a relationship.
To relate a Contact to an Account:
