Archived files are not included in your Active files by default. You’ll need to switch views to see them.
Steps to View Archived Files
Go to the Files page (from the left-hand menu, or from an Account or Contact)
Select the blue “Active” filter at the top
Choose Archived
You’ll now see all files that have been archived.
Note: Archiving a file on the firm side does not archive it for the client.
Clients will still see the file unless they archive it on their end.
