When sending an eDoc in Liscio, you might see a different name show up in Adobe for a contact. This happens because Adobe has linked that email address to another name from a past use.
It Doesn’t Affect the eDoc
Your client sees the correct name in the Liscio Notification and Task.
The signing process works as expected.
Your client will enter their own name and signature when signing.
How to Fix It (If Needed)
If your client wants to update the name Adobe is showing:
They can log into their Adobe account directly (outside of Liscio).
Update their name in Adobe settings.
Changes may take a little time to show.
